Seniors of all experiences and abilities are invited to move, observe and enjoy! This fitness-forward class embraces the larger-than-life personas and styles of dance found in Bollywood cinema – throughout the ages. Beyond physical wellness, this class centers the joy of nostalgia – memory and melody – and aims to serve mental wellness too! This program is offered through seniors day programming and lunch service at Indo-American Center. The class is instructed by Ashwaty Chennat.
