“I have always gravitated towards the theme of transcendence. For me, this is a state of healing and rejoicing. A space to shed the expectations and oppressions that have been following me since birth. To empty myself of all that is worldly, and invite others to witness that as well. To remember the blissful feeling that is our birthright. l invite you to journey into this feeling of transcendence, with music as the medium of travel.” – Radia
See Radia performance on Sunday, at Republic Bank parking lot, 2720 W. Devon Avenue, along with a range of Chicago’s Indian dance artists.
